We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. We can deliver to anywhere in the world. Delays in delivery may occur during sales and promotions.
CLIMATE COMPENSATED SHIPPING
Climate offsetting involves financing an action outside your own business. That action should result in a reduction in emissions equal to the emissions it offsets.
There are different types of emission reduction initiatives used for carbon offsetting. The most common projects are the installation of renewable electricity generation (to avoid highly climate-impacting coal power), energy-saving investments and the planting or conservation of forests.
We have 100% green electricity through Fortum, Environmental Security Certificate 2908432.
We send most orders in paper web bags that are compostable and biodegradable. We have a specially designed packaging technique to pack less air and avoid adding extra material.We also reuse cardboard boxes sent to us to save the environment. Together we can influence our future!

The parcels are collected in the store in Sturegallerian. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up within 7 days. Please bring identification. If you are collecting for someone else, you will need to show the recipient's ID.

Delivery time 2-3 business days.
The package is delivered to your nearest agent and a notification is sent via SMS.
DHL EXPRESS Worldwide - 399 SEK
Delivery time 2-7 weekdays.
The package is delivered to your home address.Notification is made by DHL.We deliver worldwide.
When shipping with Postnord or DHL, you will receive an email with your tracking number when the order has left our warehouse. Please note that any additional taxes and duties added due to the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. All our shipments are packed in customized shipping bags depending on the size of the item. We do not take responsibility for the supplier's handling and/or delivery times, as we cannot influence unexpected events during shipping. Please note that packages not picked up within 14 days will be returned to the CC Shoes Online Shop. For any package that is not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, handling and shipping fee, currently 199 SEK. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days of the item being collected from your agent or delivered to your home. If you have chosen to pick up the product in the store, the 14-day exchange and return right applies from the day the package was picked up. Contact us at customercare@ccshoes.se and specify whether it concerns a return, exchange, or complaint. It is your responsibility to package the shipment so that the product and its carton cannot be damaged during the return shipment. The refund/crediting of the invoice will take place after we have received the return, by refunding to your account used for the order. The product is returned in the same condition as it was received. The shoes must be returned in their original box which must be intact as we consider the box as part of the product. Any shoe bag must be included in the return shipment. Please note that shoes should be tried on a mat to prevent wear and tear if you want to exchange or return them. It is important that the soles of the shoes are intact. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the shoes have been tested so that it is visible in the form of wear, dirt or shape changes in the material. It is up to CC Shoes to assess the condition when approving a return.
- The cost of a return within Sweden is 79 SEK, deducted from the order amount upon receipt of your return.
- Returns within the EU cost 19 EUR.
- Returns from the rest of the world cost 399 SEK or the equivalent amount in your currency.
Refund obligation
:CC Shoes shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the date on which we received the goods. See also the Swedish Consumer Agency's Distance Contracts Act & E-Commerce.
