Yes. Our online store and boutique share the same inventory. If you see it online, it’s also available in-store. Contact us to ask about incoming sizes or pre-orders.

We carefully test each model for fit. On the product page, sizing is noted like this:
+1 = runs large
-0.5 = runs small
+/-0 = true to size

Yes. You’re welcome to try your shoes on a clean surface at home. Returns are accepted as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

If your size is sold out, click “Notify me” on the product page and enter your email. You’ll be first to know when it’s back or open for pre-order.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes, for all online orders. We always offer 14-day returns — including sale items and in-store pick-up. The 14 days are counted from the day you receive your order.

Visit our store och register a return by scanning the QR-code on the attached packing slip or follow this LINK. Returns are processed within 5 business days after the item arrives. Please make sure your item is unused and returned in its original condition.

Yes. You are always welcome to return or exchange your online order in our boutique in Sturegallerian.

GENERAL TERMS

By placing an order on ccshoes.se, you agree to the terms below. All purchases are for personal use or as a gift. A confirmation email is sent after each order – please make sure your contact details are correct.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if payment is not authorized, or if the item is no longer in stock.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to show accurate colors and details in all images. However, some variation may occur depending on screen and device settings.

All sizes are listed in European sizing. Fit notes are included on each product page, but every foot is unique – we’re happy to assist with personal advice.

SHARED INVENTORY

Our online shop and physical boutique share the same stock.

This means:
– What you see online is also available in-store
– Some shoes may have been gently tried on in-store
– If an untried pair is available, we will send that one

We carefully check all items before shipping. If any noticeable signs of wear appear, we will contact you first.

During campaigns, stock updates may be slightly delayed. If your item sells out in-store before your order is processed, we’ll notify you and release the payment hold.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are shown in SEK and include 25% VAT.

– PayPal (account or card)
– Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay

Your payment is only completed once we confirm your order is available.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You have 14 days to return or exchange your order, starting from the day you receive it (or collect in-store).
Contact us at customercare@ccshoes.se before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in the original box (with dust bag if included). Try shoes on a clean surface to avoid wear on the soles.

Return shipping fees:
– Sweden: 79 SEK
– EU: €19
– Rest of world: 399 SEK
Exchanges are free of charge.

Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the return. Please refer to the Swedish Distance Sales Act for full details.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All items are quality-checked before shipping. If your package appears damaged on arrival, report it to us immediately.

DATA PROTECTION (GDPR)

We collect only necessary personal data to process your order. This includes name, contact details, delivery address and payment information.

Data is stored securely and never shared with third parties outside of necessary services (e.g. Klarna, shipping providers). You have the right to request, change or delete your data at any time. Contact us at info@ccshoes.se.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, VAT or import fees. These are not included in your order total and are not refundable by CC Shoes.

UNCLAIMED PARCELS

For unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge return shipping and handling fees (currently 199 SEK).

All orders are packed with care using minimal, recyclable materials.
