Place a piece of paper on the floor against a wall and stand with your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall.

2.
Mark the foot where it is longest and measure the distance from the wall to the mark. 

3.
Your feet may be different lengths, so please measure both feet. 

4.
Compare the foot length with size chart.

5.
Read the product description where we have stated: +/-0 = Normal size. -0.5 = The model is half a size smaller than normal, choose a half size larger if possible, +1 = The model is a full size larger than normal, choose a size smaller, etc.
