TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
By shopping from CC Shoes Online Shop you agree with these terms and conditions. All deliveries and services shall be carried out in accordance with the CC Shoes Online Shop terms and conditions. Unless CC Shoes Online Shop has expressly accepted the validity of a term in writing, we cannot accept any terms from you that conflict with, or differ from, our terms of purchase.
We have made every effort to accurately reproduce all colours on CC Shoes Online Shop. However, we cannot guarantee that the delivered item will have the exact colour and appearance that you perceive on your screen due to the colour settings and monitor type of your computer/smartphone/tablet. We are not responsible for the colour reproduction on your computer screen. CC Shoes Online Shop reserves the right to make changes to the range and has the right to remove items from the range before a purchase has been completed. CC Shoes Online Shop reserves the right to make any typographical errors in the texts and the current price.
The sizes of CC Shoes Online Shop vary with the different brands. However, we try, as best we can, to give an indicative description of the size and fit of each shoe model. As every foot is unique, we do not take responsibility for the description matching your experience of the size and fit of the shoe.
All prices on CC Shoes Online Shop are quoted in SEK and include 25% VAT.
When placing an order you will be asked to provide Klarna or Paypal with your payment details. It is your responsibility to provide valid and accurate information and that you are the person referred to in the invoice information you have provided. Purchases on CC Shoes Online Shop are for the purpose of personal use only or as a gift. When ordering on CC Shoes Online Shop, we will send a confirmation to your email address. Please note that it is very important that you provide a valid email address in order to receive your order confirmation. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we do not receive authorization for your payment.
CC Shoes Online Shop and the physical store CC Shoes share inventory.
This means that some shoes sold through the CC Shoes Online Shop may have been tried on by customers in the store. Of course, we will send an untested pair if it is in stock. If the shoes have been tried on, we check them very carefully. Slight wear on the outsole may occur, but if we see any obvious discrepancies - in terms of colour changes, wear etc. - we will contact you before delivery. The most important thing for us is that you as a customer are ultimately satisfied, therefore we make sure to find a satisfactory solution if this situation should arise. Shared stock also means that our online shop may not always be updated with the correct size availability. This is particularly common during promotions as the turnover of goods is then significantly higher. When an item is sold on the CC Shoes Online Shop, the specified amount is reserved in your account until we confirm that your order is available. If the item you ordered has already been sold in the store but has not had time to receive an updated stock balance on the CC Shoes Online Shop, we will notify you and immediately release the reservation of the money on your account. However, this risk is very small.
Choose between Klarna Checkout and PayPal. With Klarna you can choose to pay by Card (Visa, Mastercard), Internetbank, invoice (14 days), promotional payment or instalment payment at your own pace.
If you choose PayPal, you can either pay with your PayPal account or Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). The specified amount is reserved in your account only until we confirm that your order is available. We handle your personal as well as payment information as securely as we can, but in the event that a third party gains unauthorized access to our customer data, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
We aim to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is complete. We can deliver to anywhere in the world. Delays in delivery may occur during sales and promotions.
CLIMATE COMPENSATED SHIPPING
Climate offsetting involves financing an action outside your own business. That action should result in a reduction in emissions equal to the emissions it offsets.

We send most orders in paper web bags that are compostable and biodegradable. We have a specially designed packaging technique to pack less air and avoid adding extra material.We also reuse cardboard boxes sent to us to save the environment. Together we can influence our future!

COLLECTION IN STORE - 0 SEKS The parcels
are collected in the store in Sturegallerian. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. Pick up within 7 days. Please bring your ID. If you are collecting for someone else, you will need to show the recipient's ID.

It is important that you are at home during that time as our goods are not left outside the door.

When shipping with Postnord or DHL, you will receive an email with your tracking number when the order has left our warehouse. Please note that any additional taxes and duties added due to the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. All our shipments are packed in customized shipping bags depending on the size of the item. We do not take responsibility for the supplier's handling and/or delivery times, as we cannot influence unexpected events during shipping. Please note that packages not picked up within 14 days will be returned to the CC Shoes Online Shop. For any package that is not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, handling and shipping fee, currently 199 SEK. If you wish to return an item, this must be done within 14 days of the item being collected from your retailer, or delivered to your home. If you have chosen to collect the item from the store, you have a 14-day exchange and return right from the date of collection. In case of a desired return or size change, please fill in the enclosed return form. It is your responsibility to package the shipment so that the item and its carton cannot be damaged during return shipping. Refund/credit of invoice will be made after we receive the return, upon refund to your account used for the order. The item will be returned in the same condition as it was received. The shoes must be returned in their original box which must be intact as we consider the box to be part of the goods. Please note that shoes must be tested on a mat to prevent wear and tear if you wish to exchange or return them. It is important that the soles of the shoes are intact. Please use the enclosed return shipping label or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email you a return shipping label. Return shipping is free of charge. The right of return does not apply if the shoes have been tried on so that wear, dirt or changes in the shape of the material are visible. It is up to CC Shoes to assess the condition when accepting a return.
:CC Shoes shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, refund what you have paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the date on which we received the goods. See also the Swedish Consumer Agency's Distance Contracts Act & E-Commerce.

Orders are stored for 7 years according to the law.
